Research & Evaluation

I work as freelance researcher and evaluator across the cultural sector fusing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to celebrate the stories of people and projects. My specialist areas include:​

• Social justice and ecologically engaged projects arts and museum learning projects

• Socially engaged and participatory arts

• Community and collaborative research

• Museum and art learning programmes

 

I enjoy working closely with organisations throughout the life of their projects to discover learnings and support institutional change. Recent highlights include working with Ipswich Museums on their award winning Power of Stories project, inspired by the Marvel movie Black Panther; leading on evaluation  for Tate Exchange, a space for socially engaged practice at Tate Modern programmed with 60 organisations across the country; and working with Spoken Word trailblazers, Apples and Snakes to evaluate Telling Tales, a festival for children running at libraries across 16 London boroughs.
